Our offer is for two storied house, located in a big village, 61 km away from Smolyan city. The nearest airport here is in Plovdiv ? 83 km away.One of the most famous winter ski resorts - Pamporovo is 60 km away from the village.

The property consists of a house with area 128 sq. m, a parking lot, a shelter and a garden vast 1200 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here you will found a large corridor and three rooms. The house was built from stones, the flooring is wooden and the windows have wooden frames.
First floor: The area here is distributed between a corridor and four rooms. The flooring here is wooden.

The garden is planted with flowers, fruit trees, a vine yard. There is also a drill in its area.
