This is two storied house, set in a big village, 14 km away from Smolyan city. The village is also 111 km from the second largest city in Bulgaria - the town of Plovdiv. One of the most famous ski resorts - Pamporovo is situated 30 km away from the village.

The property includes two storied house with accommodation of 140 sq. m., a parking lot, an outbuilding and a garden vast 3900 sq.m.

Ground floor: Here you can find a corridor, a closet, three rooms, a kitchen and WC/bathroom. The walls of the whole house are made of stones. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
