This property is located at the edge of very beautiful Balkan village and has fantastic panoramic views from all sides of the property. If you are looking for spectacular views you just need to stand on the balcony to appreciate what you will see. It has 1360 sq.m of land.

The construction of the house is very stable as it is made out of brick and stone.

The size of the house is approximately 30 sq. m on the first floor (There are two rooms downstairs) and around 60 sq. m. of the second floor (two bedrooms and two smaller rooms). These two levels are not connected at the moment. There is an outside staircase leading to the second floor.

The property has electricity connected to the house and water is outside close to the house and it is easy to be connected.
Garden:

The property sits on the plot of land of 1360 sq. m. This plot of land is almost flat and easy to build on if needed.
There is an outside summer kitchen directly in front of the house as well as big barn at the back of the property.
