Our new offer is for a contemporary and renovated house, located in a quiet place. The distance from the village to the second largest city in Bulgaria - Plovdiv, is just 83 km. The property is disposed also 60 km away from one of the famous ski resort in the country ? Pamporovo.

The property consists of a two-storey house with total living area of 140 sq.m., a parking lot for 3 cars and a garden vast 1060 sq. m.

On the ground floor of the house are set an entrance hall, a boiler room, a laundry room, lavatory. There are also a spacious living room with a kitchenette, covered veranda with a fireplace and a storage room. The walls of the house are made stones, the flooring is wooden parquet and the frames of the windows are with wooden frames.
