Very specious, well designed and easy to renovate stone and brick house located at the edge of the village. Quiet location and fantastic views. Only 65 km from Plovdiv airport. 1.30 hr drive to Greek and Turkish boarder.
CONSTRUCTION:
Construction of this house is stone and brick. The house is not rendered and you can clearly see not only the beauty of natural materials, but you can see how stable the construction is.
GROUND FLOOR:
You enter the house via a big wooden door and you step into a very spacious corridor. You can see one room on your left, which will make a perfect kitchen. There is a typical Bulgarian style sink still in place. On the other side of the corridor there are two doors, one of which opens up into a room that would make an ideal bathroom and the other into a room that would be ideal for a lounge/dining room. This room has an open fire connected to the chimney, which makes this room ideal for warm and cosy winter evenings. Bathroom floor has been cemented and there are pipes for connecting bathroom with the cesspit, which is conveniently located at the back of the property allowing easy access for emptying it.
Leading from the room with an open fire there is another door which connects the house with an absolutely huge space which previously been used as a garage. It is all stone made with lovely beams and can easily accommodate four vehicles. There is also access from the road that runs alongside the property giving you direct access to your garage.
The garage has been built recently and is in superb condition. There are even brand new tiles on the roof of the garage. The roof on the main house has been serviced last November and is in a very good order.
FIRST FLOOR:
This particular property already has an internal wooden staircase fitted.
On the first floor there are two rooms suitable for two bedrooms and a smaller room, which would be perfect for a family bathroom. There is also a small porch where you can put your chair out and just enjoy the views.
Mains water and electricity are connected (there is 1 phase as well as 3 phase electricity) and there is an outside tap for water the garden. There are also three smaller outbuildings previously used for keeping animals, which can be used for wood storage or for keeping your garden tools.
GARDEN:
The house is located at the top of the hill and it is the last house on that road. It has peace and quiet and some impressive views to surrounding hills. It has 1150 sq m of land. The garden is a dream for any gardener as it is flat and fertile. It is surrounded by five big walnut trees which sit at the edge of the plot.
