CONSTRUCTION:
Construction of this house is stone and brick. This house is rendered. It consists of two parts, which are on slightly different levels and are internally connected via an internal staircase. The house also has a cellar, which is connected with the rest of the house.
There is a barn at the back of the property, which runs thought the whole length of the house. It can be easily incorporated with the house or can be kept as a workshop.
The house is easy to be turned into three bedroom house with a kitchen, a bathroom a lounge and a veranda. It sits on a corner plot and has an easy access for a vehicle as it has double gate and two smaller gates on both sides of the road.
