The house occupies a living area of around 150 sq m, distributed on two floors.

• The first floor has an open plan kitchen, diner and living room and wood burning fire (which heats all the radiators throughout the house). Laundry room with washing machine and boiler, Sitting room overlooking the pool and garden and a bathroom with bath and WC.
• The second floor has three bedrooms and a shower room with wc. The porch leads onto a large balcony with fantastic views over the village, mountains and forests.

The garden area is about 1000 sq m and has a variety of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a large covered BBQ area which is set back from the good sized Swimming Pool. The privacy of the house is ensured by heavy wooden front gate and a stone wall. Attached to the property is a lock up garage with inspection pit.
