We presents to you a nice rural property, located in a calm village, 40 km away from the town of Smolyan. Smolyan is a town and ski resort in the very south of Bulgaria not far from the border with Greece. The cultural capital Plovdiv is 64 km away from the village and the ski resort of Pamporovo is 22 km.

The property consists of three storied house with total living area 360 sq. m, a parking lot for two cars, a store and a garden vast 800 sq. m.

  • Ground floor: The living area here is distributed between a corridor and a large room. The walls of the house are made of stones. The flooring is covered with earth.
  • The first floor includes a corridor, three bedrooms and a smaller room. The walls here are made of stones, with wooden floors and window frames.
  • Second floor: Here is an entrance and four rooms. The walls are made of stones, again, the flooring is wooden.The window frames are wooden, too.


The garden is big and now it is planted with fruit trees. A part of it is covered with greenery.

Being an old house it is understandable that it needs repairs. The WC is outside the house and there is no a bathroom. A proper premise inside can be adapted into an inner WC/bathroom.

The property is supplied with electricity and running water inside the house. There is no telephone landline available at the moment but it is easy to install. The road to the house is a gravel one, but there is an asphalt road just 3km away.

The village itself is small, but offers amenities like a local shop and a regular bus service to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. The region here gives good opportunities for fishing, hunting and village tourism development.
