PRESENTATION
The object of this presentation is the activity of the winery, producing quality wines, white and red.
The winery was purchased in 2001. Made are improvements and construction in 2002. was put into operation.
Production capacity and level of workload:
Production facilities include buildings built up area - 1449.10 square meters, land -12,374 m2
Winery-Kamen is a French wine cellar type solid building consisting of reception room, production and administrative offices.
The receiver unit is placed in service in 2002. Has capacity of 25 tons of grapes per hour and is made up of hromnikel.
Tanks with a capacity of 100 tons, 10 tons and 3 tons are made from hromnikel purchased in 2003. and 2006.
The remaining tanks with capacity of 25 tonnes and 30 tonnes are reinforced.
The production of the winery is built on two levels with a total capacity of 660 m2
In 2003. through SAPARD production capacity of the winery was expanded by another 430 square meters total-internal and external chrome vessels equipped with footbridges and a spiral metal staircase.
Total capacity of the winery - producing 1.2 million liters of wine annually.
The load capacity is within 70-75% / year production from 800,000 to 900,000 liters /.
In 2005 created an array of vines area - 300.74 ha. Planted vines are three varieties:
- Cabernet Sauvignon - 200.00 acres
- Chardonnay - 80.00 acres
- Rubin - 20.74 acres
According to the requirement for quality wine production, the yield is not more than 1.5 kg. grapes from a vine. The number of vines in 1 ha is 454 pcs. Three quarters of the vines are producing - Harmanli / Republic of Bulgaria / and the remaining ? of vines imported from WHKRAPP / Germany /.
In the vicinity of the vineyard is able to extend it.
Area of 271,692 hectares of land is right for planting new vineyards.
- All bulgarian properties have electricity.
- About 98 percents of all bulgarian properties have access to running water, except some small remote bulgarian villages up in the mountains.
- All bulgarian houses in the villages have a septic tank, central sewage system is available only in a few very large villages.
- All properties have access to internet.
