Our new offer is for a wonderful property disposed at the end of a small a quiet village, which is disposed just 24 km away from the town of Kardjali . The ski resort Pamporovo is located 84 km away from the village.

The property consists of two storied house with accommodation of 210 sq. m., a parking lot, a garage and nice garden vast 1075sq. m.
Ground floor: It consists of six rooms and a large corridor. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: An internal staircase leads to this floor. Here is disposed a corridor and a six rooms. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden too.

The property comes with a garden which is now planted with fruit trees, a lime-tree and beautiful flowers. A part of the garden is covered with greenery.
The condition of the property is good. It needs refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. Some inner transformations are possible according to the client?s taste. The WC is outside of the house and the bathroom is inside the dwelling. Electricity is available, as well as running water inside and outside the house. There is a septic tank. A telephone landline is not available at the moment but it is easy to install such. The road which is leading to the house is an asphalt one.
