New house was built in 1998. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and hallway. There is a second, attic which can be used to residential use.
Bathroom with toilet, built just before the house. Massive house made from bricks and reinforced concrete floor slab between. The house is in excellent condition.

Old house in good condition. Used to preserve food for the animals and the production of wine. House is brick, it has 4 rooms, with stone basement. Can be repaired and to live in it, or turn into guest house.

Large yard, there are grapes, vegetables and fruit trees. There is electricity, water, cable TV, telephone.

The property is located in South-East Bulgaria in the village, 29 km south of the town of Yambol. The village is located 70 km from the boundary points from Greece and Turkey, 90 km from the Black Sea coast and 120 km from Burgas Airport / Sea.
Area is ecologically clean, no INDUSTRY production. The property is located in the end of the village and has a beautiful panorama of fields and hills. Near there is a river, and the lake is at 1 km. The village has 3 stores for food items, post office, doctor's office, library and Cuff. There is regular transport to Yambol.
