This is an interesting offer of a property located in a village of Tselina. The village is close to Dimitrovgrad and Chirpan. It is also approximately 40 km away from Stara Zagora and 15 km from the exit to the motorway. The village has two grocery shops, a caf?, a pub, a bus to Chirpan.

The house is made of brick. It is single storey, plastered, built in the 50s and consists of four bedrooms with a large lounge, utility room, kitchen and bathroom. The total area is about 85 square meters.
