The holiday village has been developed as an ?all included? resort holiday village that offers the perfect conditions for both tourist and permanent living purposes. Individual houses and apartments in the main building are sold to families or group of families who wish to live there throughout the year.

The holiday village has 24/7 security (CCTV and security personnel), services like: gardener, maintenance personnel, room service, laundry, minimarket and transport to Troyan and nearby destinations.

The electricity supply is fully ensured by its private and separately connected double post and backed up by an additional reserve aggregate for emergency stops.

The holiday village has its own sewage and depuration system.

The living units are distributed in three main buildings:
The main building consists of four (4) floors and two (2) sections A and B and a service area. It has 36 apartments connected by a staircase and elevator, and serviced by the main reception. On the ground floor one can find a restaurant with total capacity of 150 people, a bar, a barbeque corner, a beer garden, a minimarket and the SPA Centre offering a covered swimming pool, solarium, SPA treatments and massage. In the basement one can find the centre for special treatments which offers phyto-, mud, salt and honey therapy procedures, beauty treatments, acupuncture and Asian medicine, beauty parlour, hairdresser, manicure. One can also find a business meeting room, sports facilities and a gym.

The second largest building (three floors plus attic) will be situated next to the main one. It hosts 40 apartments, reception, a lobby bar and a hot buffet. In front of the two buildings there is a plan to build an open air swimming pool with jakuzzi, a swimming pool for children, a bar with barbeque, kid?s areas and areas for sunbathing and relaxation.
The family and group houses are located further away from the main building and benefit from both the intimate atmosphere provided by their separate nature, and the services provided at the holiday village.

Sports lovers will be delighted to know that there will be a multifunctional court for tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and badminton. For the tourists there are various guided trips in the mountain that range from horse rides to motorbike and jeep trips.
The rich fauna of the area constituted by boars, deer, rabbits and foxes and the abundance of fish in the rivers will give the hunters and fishermen staying at the holiday village the time of their lives.

This new resort complex is situated in the village of Beli Osam on a 2 hectares plot of land bound by the two rivers Beli Osam and Rajdavetz. The village is 4 km from the town of Troyan, 160 km from Sofia and 300 km from Varna, located in proximity of the Central Balkan, now a national park. The mountains in the Troyan region offer a unique blend of natural beauty, fresh air and therapeutic mineral water springs.

The mix of great scenery, favourable climate, rich historical and cultural traditions, diverse flora and fauna, create the perfect conditions for year-round tourism, SPA treatments, hunting, fishing and sports.
In the vicinity of Beli Osam one can find the tourist towns of Chiflik and Shipkovo renowned for their mineral water springs. For the lovers of winter sports the nearby town of Beklemeto (15 km away) offers perfect conditions. One of the main touristic attractions of the area is the Troyan Monastery with its unique architecture and decoration by icon painters Zahari and Dimitar Zograf.
