The house is on 2 levels, (also with a cellar underneath), is 120 sq.m, fully renovated with new electric system and water pipes. The roof is insulated and brand new. It is in the traditional style of the Rhodope's stone with rendered parts and with lots of wood edgings and beams.
You enter through a small porch, stone base with wood and glass above. The living room is a good size with a wood burning stove and part wood cladded walls. There is also a good sized storage cupboard which could be converted into an extra toilet if you wish. The kitchen is fully fitted, and the units are all hand made from wood.

There are 3 large bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity unit. There is also a large balcony with amazing views over the mountains and across to Greece. Outside the garden has a summer kitchen, small deck area, and is on 2 levels.

The house is surrounded by a high stone wall. Next to the house there is also a plot of land about 350 sq.m and the remains of an old barn which could be re-built or converted into a large terrace area.

The house has beautiful views from all windows and is set in a very pretty, clean village with good access all year round.

The village is about a 15 minutes drive to Smolyan, a 40 minutes drive to Pamporovo, and an hours drive to the Greek border at Zlatograd. When the border opens at Rudozem, it will only be a 20 minutes drive to the border. So you can be dipping your toes in the warm Aegean in under 2.5 hrs, or on the ski slopes in 40 mins.
