We present to you this traditional stone Rhodopean house in the village of Polkovnik Serafimovo, 18 km. away from the town of Smolyan.

The village is about a 15 minutes drive to Smolyan, a 40 minutes drive to Pamporovo, and an hours drive to the Greek border at Zlatograd. When the border opens at Rudozem, it will only be a 20 minutes drive to the border. So you can be dipping your toes in the warm Aegean in under 2.5 hrs, or on the ski slopes in 40 mins.
