We present to you this two storied stone house, located in a quiet village, 35 km away from the town of Smolyan. The second largest city in Bulgaria and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 115 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts, Pamporovo, is 31 km away from it.

The property consists of а house with accommodation of 120 sq. m., an outbuilding and a garden vast 600 sq. m.

Ground floor: It briefly comprises of a corridor, a closet and three rooms. The walls of the whole house are made of stones. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

First floor: An internal wooden staircase leads to this floor where you can find a corridor and a large room. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The garden that belongs to the property is currently planted with trellis vine, fruit trees and flowers.


It needs refreshment and renovation of the plasters. Some inner transformations are possible according to the client?s taste, too. The property is supplied with electricity and running water. There is no bathroom and the toilet is outside the house. A telephone landline is not available at the moment but it can be easily installed. The road which leads to the house is an asphalt one, but the last 50 meters to the property are accessible only by path!
