If you are thinking to spend your holiday in a picturesque location, you should not miss this offer. The house we present to you is situated in a very calm region, and it is at the distance of 21 km from the town of Smolyan. The cultural capital Plovdiv is disposed 116 km away from the village, and the famous ski resort Pamporovo stands 30 km away.

The property includes two storied house with total living area 140 sq. m, a stone barn and a garden vast 500 sq. m.

Ground floor: The living area here is distributed between a large corridor and a bedroom. The walls of the house are made of stones, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: It consists of a corridor and three rooms. The flooring here is wooden, and the windows? frames are wooden, too. The walls are built from stones.

The garden is a small one and planted with fruit trees.

The house is in good condition. Being an old house it is understandable that it needs some repairs like a slight renovation of the roof, refreshment of the walls and the ceilings. One of the rooms on the first floor has to be finished. The WC is outside the house but there is no a bathroom. A proper premise inside can be adapted into an inner WC/bathroom. The property is supplied with electricity and running water (inside the house). There is no telephone landline available at the moment but it is easy to install. The road to the dwelling is an asphalt one and easy accessible in the whole year, but there is around 300 meters dirt road.

The village itself is very nice and friendly. The region here is extremely good for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, mountaineering. There is also a possibility for picking herbals and mushrooms in the near forest. So think about the possibility to become the new owner of that house.
