We present you a two storied house, located in a very nice and quiet area. The village is disposed 40 km away from the town of Smolyan. The second largest city in Bulgaria and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 99 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts- Pamporovo, stands at the distance of 39 km.

This property includes two storied house with total living area 120 sq. m, a parking lot and a garden vast 200 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here are disposed a corridor and two rooms. The walls are made of bricks. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.

First floor: It consists of a corridor and two bedrooms. The flooring here is wooden, as well as the windows? frames.

The garden is middle ? sized and easy to maintain. It is planted with fruit trees and flowers now.
