There is a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. There is new electricity and water supply. The roof is repaired. The house is in a good condition and is furnished (the electric appliances aren?t included in the price).

The garden is 600 sq.m. on a size. There is a farm building next to the house. The region is very picturesque and has a lot of places of interest (a mineral water resort, the ski resort of Borovets, historical places, etc).
