Villa Settlement ?Paradise? is situated at the foot of national park ?Strandja?, just 5 km. far from the Primorsko beach.

The complex consists of 20 houses in typical Bulgarian style, some of which are already completed and others are being built now. Each house has a total living area of 127.5 square meters and has its own yard (up to 240 sq. M.).

• Second floor: hallway, bathroom + WC, bedroom, kids bedroom and a balcony.
