We present to your attention this villa complex comprising 11 houses situated about 1300 metres away from "Malina" villa complex in the western part of Pamporovo resort, at an altitude of 1440 metres above sea level.

All the houses are two-storeyed ones and are divided in 4 types depending on the area and the interior disposition of the rooms
Each house has its own terrace, and its own parking place and an outlet to the exterior at two levels - to the inner yard of the complex and to the beautiful natural surrounding. Houses Type 1 are the smallest houses in resort village Kochorite. They are two semi-detached two-floor houses, which mirror each other's interior.

At the upper level there are two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. From the bedrooms you can go out to another veranda, which leads to the common garden of the complex.

At the upper level, there are two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. From the bedrooms you can go out to a veranda which leads directly to the garden of the complex.
In the basement we have situated the garage, a sauna and a fitness hall.
