The building is situated in the very center of the resort in a quiet location, 750 meters from the central beach. Distances: MM Supermarket and the water park – 100 m; "Viva Clinic" Medical Center – 100 m; Djanny Restaurant – 300 m. The building will have 6 floors and be equipped with two elevators. The grounds will include a swimming pool and parking spaces.

100 apartments are available for sale at a price of €1,450/m²:

- 24 studios with a total area starting from 36 m²

- 69 one-bedroom apartments (two-room units) with a total area starting from 75 m²

- 7 two-bedroom apartments (three-room units) with a total area starting from 98 m²

The apartments will be delivered fully finished ("turnkey"). High-quality materials are being used in construction. The building is scheduled for commissioning at the end of 2026.

Payment plan:

• Deposit – minimum €5,000
• 35% – within 1 month
• 20% – Act 15
• Act 16 – final payment and title transfer.
