For sale: A solid two-story holiday house with a view of the Danube River, located (2 km from the village of Archar and 20 km from the city of Vidin), offering quick access to the Danube and an asphalt road.

The structure is solid (brick and concrete slabs), with a footprint of 60 sq.m. per floor (total built-up area of 120 sq.m.) and the following layout:
