The property is located in one of the largest villages in the Sandanski and Strumyani municipalities. It is situated in the southern part of the village, close to the center.
The plot is level and offers a beautiful view of the Pirin and Belasitsa mountains. All necessary utilities are available at the property boundary.
The village enjoys convenient access from the Sofia-Kulata highway; the exit is in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, there is a new secondary road on the western side of the village connecting the town of Kresna with all the villages along the Struma River towards the town of Petrich.
