The property spreads over a regulated plot of land of 900 sq. m. It is situated on a hill and offers stunning views, quietness and fresh air. The property consists of a main house built entirely by bricks on one floor, but on two levels, with cellar underneath, a nice yard that offers much space for a green garden and a swimming pool, wonderful BBQ area and some additional buildings.

The road to the property is accessible all year-round. It takes only two hours drive to get to Sofia, two and a half hours to the coastal city of Varna and half an hour to Veliko Tarnovo.
The nearest food shop is on walking distance and the nearest big shopping center is in Svistov - on about a 10-minute drive.

The property is situated in the central part of a nice village just about 2 miles from Yantra River and only 10 miles before it flows into Danube River. The village has a nice infrastructure. There are shops, medical center, bar, restaurant, bus stop. The nearest train station is at about 8 miles away - in Byala town. There are regular transport connections to the towns of Russe, Byala and Sofia on every hour. The people are very friendly and helpful and there has not been any major crime for many years now.

The area around the village is hilly - with many forests, wide plains and a wonderful and picturesque river curving through the valley. It is extremely pleasant and suitable for recreation, holidays, fishing, hunting or horse riding. The river does not cause any floods in the area as it lays about 50-60 meters lower from the village.
