This is a small but picturesque village located at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains, in the picturesque gorge of the Luda Kamchia River and on the shore of the Tsonevo Dam. It is located 85 km southwest of the city of Varna and 10 km from the town of Dalgopol. The international highway E7, which connects Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, passes through the village.
The relief is diverse and intriguing - the Tsonevo Dam winds among picturesque screes and bizarre rocks, and the vast fertile fields alternate with green rounded hills. The climate is temperate-continental and is characterized by cold winters with heavy snowfalls, cool spring, hot summers and colorful, warm autumns. Altitude - 84 m.
The village has about 700 permanent residents, but during the weekends and the summer season many people from different parts of the country come to the village, attracted by the opportunity for fishing and relaxation among the picturesque nature in the village. In the past, the village was called Ovchaga and Chenge.
