This appealing property is located in a small village, 68 km away from the town of Smolyan. The cultural capital of the country – Plovdiv is situated 86 km away from the village and the famous ski resort Pamporovo is at the distance of approximately 54 km.

The property consists of a nice two storied house spread over the area of 140 sq. m., a parking lot for two cars and a garden vast 400 sq. m.

Ground floor: It consists of a corridor, a living room and two bedrooms. In the living room there is and a nice fireplace. The walls of the whole house are made of stones, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: An internal wooden staircase leads to this floor. On this floor there is a corridor and three bedrooms. The flooring is wooden, as are the frames of the windows.
The garden is middle - sized. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees and a pine-tree.
