The construction is solid with seismic rings. Plumbing has been replaced and all wastewater is discharged into a sewer of the village.
Heating in winter is a local heating, powered by solid fuel boiler. Domestic hot water is supplied by two boilers.
The total area of the house is 250 sq.m. Consists of:

• First floor: Living on two levels with fireplace, kitchenette and separate kitchen, tavern with 20-30 seats, bathrooms, boiler room and storage.
• Second floor: Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces.
