For sale a house in the village of Zdravets, located 20 km. from the city of Varna (15 km. are on the highway to Burgas, and the remaining 5 km - on a newly paved road).

The house is two-story with a total area of 80 sqm. and a year of construction - 1996.

The distribution is as follows:
- FIRST FLOOR: entrance hall (with sink), corridor, 2 rooms, external sink, external closet (under the stairs to the 2nd floor)
