The house offers excellent seclusion and no onlooking neighbours to worry about, the 50-meter hard track path from the main road causes no issues for any vehicle type in any weather as it’s a hard rock road.
It’s very quiet here and the sounds change with the seasons IE birds, frogs, crickets, owls and all other nature related things come and go as time passes which means it’s always changing.
The house sits on 3450 sqm which is huge! The owners have run retreats, music events and small gatherings here and accommodated all the people that came with tents or campers in the garden as we constructed a road along the side of the house for easy acces.
