Two-Storey House with a Large Yard in a Scenic Village near Svishtov town, Bulgaria

The settlement is located about 25 km from the town of Svishtov, 30 km from the town of Pavlikeni and 55 km from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. It is well-developed and there are shops, a restaurant, a school, a kindergarten, intercity transport, a community center, a church, a town hall, etc.

The house is on two floors, brick/beamed and has the following distribution: first floor (57 sq.m.) - two rooms, a corridor and a large basement. Second floor (57 sq.m.) - three bedrooms, a store room, a corridor and a terrace.
