Renovated 2-Storey House with a Yard in the town of Zlataritsa, Veliko Tarnovo Region
Zlataritsa town is located in northern Bulgaria and it is about 25 km from the town of Veliko Tarnovo, 20 km from the town of Elena and about 50 km from the town of Gabrovo. It is located in the Pre-Balkans, in the Stara Planina geomorphological region, with an altitude of about 100 meters. From south to north, the Zlatarishka River passes through the town. The town has a very well-developed infrastructure - there is a school, a kindergarten, a community center, a church, shops, restaurants, etc. It is located near eco-trails and historical landmarks.
The house is on two floors, beams/stone/brick and has a total area of about 150 sq.m. The distribution is as follows: First floor – a kitchen with a dining room, one bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, an entrance hall and a basement; Second floor – a corridor, two bedrooms and a tavern.
