The property is situated in a big mountain village in southwest Bulgaria and is just 15 km to Sandanski town, 30 km to the Greek state border and 120 km to the Aegean sea beaches in Greece. The distance from the village to Sofa Airport is 150 km.

The property consists of two detached houses with a shared wall, i.e. it is one large 'twin' type house; on two floors; could be used by two families.

One of the houses has an external staircase leading to the second floor, and the other house has internal staircase. The whole building has a built-up area of 152 sq.m. and a total area of 304 sq.m.
