Semi-detached house with groundwater access, in Muselievo with unique bird life, on the beautiful Danube plain.

The roof was renovated by the roofer in 2023 and the attic could be expanded.

The house has a spacious size of 78 sqm with a plot of 940 sqm.

The room layout is generous. It has a large hallway area with 3 rooms, a storage room, a new bathroom, new water boiler and a new septic tank (2024). All rooms have a chimney connection. The visible interior paneling has been removed and the rooms are currently being plastered. One idea was to design the former window, which was bricked up by the bathroom, as a standard wall or for a television. The rooms have new plasterboard ceilings and are insulated. There is new laminate in the rooms. Partly new electrical installation.

Muselievo is an idyllic village located in the middle of a charming rural landscape. The quiet atmosphere and natural beauty make it an ideal place to escape the hectic city life. Some foreigners have already settled there.

The Ocem River flows through Muselievo and offers beautiful corners for relaxation and fishing. In this charming natural area there are unique bird and animal worlds to discover.

The nearest big city, Pleven, is 45 minutes away. There are more shopping opportunities and there is also a cultural program here (Lidl, shopping center, internships, opticians, work clothes, etc.)
