Old rural house with a private plot of land and additional buildings situated in a big village near international road, 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located on a quiet side street with quick access to the main road and another street going to the center of the village.

The house has two floors connected via short external staircase. Downstairs there are two rooms. Upstairs is corridor and two more rooms. The property had been out of use for many years now and certainly needs repairs. The current owner had started the preparations for the work needed on the house but plans have changed and he does not need the place anymore.

Besides the house there are several more buildings in the plot. There is an annex behind the main building. That structure is currently in very poor state and should be rebuild in order to be used again. On the other side of the house are the garage and the foundations laid for a workshop and storage. The previous owners had an idea to build that additional structure and started but after a while their plans changed too and since then that section of the place is left in this state.
