Solid villa with a big plot of land and nice panoramic views situated in a secluded area in the mountains, 60 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria. The property is situated in a distant area 3 km away from the nearest village and is accessible over dirt road.

The villa has three floors. The ground level holds one very big premise which was designed to be a workshop that would also keep the gardening tools and fire wood. It is a great spot to install the boiler for a central heating system. The property is located on a slope and the main entrance is at the back side of the building near the road, while the workshop is accessible through a separate door at the front of the villa. From the door at the back one enters directly into the second floor which is at the ground level and there is a corridor, four rooms and a solid internal staircase leading to the upper floor. The second floor has a premise for shower room with a toilet, kitchen, another for dining room and a third room /living room/. All rooms on this floor have access to a big terrace with magnificent panoramic views towards the mountains and the surrounding area. The whole plot of land can be seen from here too.

Going over the internal staircase you get to the top floor (third level) of the villa where you will find a corridor, three bedrooms and a some small space which can be turned into a very convenient closet. Two of the bedrooms here have access to a terrace with views towards the mountains. The villa had been used only occasionally for many years and now it needs some renovation and finishing work.

There is water in the yard and the house has electricity. The property is accessible during the whole year with a 4x4 vehicle. There are two or three houses in the vicinity but all of them are empty so nobody would disturb you. The villa has a very solid structure with concrete plates between the floors. The building dates back to the late 1980s.

The nearest village is about 3 km away from the property. It is the biggest settlement in the area and provides many amenities and services for the local population such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, post office, mayor`s office, gas station, an aqua park, bars, restaurants and sports grounds. The village also has a train station with direct links to the national capital city of Sofia, the regional capital Vratsa and the seat of the local council, the town of Mezdra, as well as with many other towns and villages across Bulgaria. One of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria passes about 4 km away from the property so those who like fishing can practice their hobby here too.
