Single-Storey Village House for Renovation with a Private Yard, 60 km to Vratsa

Country house with an annex and a private yard located within the limits of a village, 60 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is situated on a quiet side street not far away from the main road, a gas station, shops, a bar and a bus stop.

The house has one floor with an entrance hall and three bedrooms. Next to it are the annex and the outside sitting area. The annex has a kitchen with a dining area, a shower room with a toilet and another premise used as storage. The property also has a basement, parking area inside the yard and additional water supply – a fresh water well. The place had been empty for a few years now so it needs certain amount of cleaning and renovation.

The village is in an area popular with foreigners and there are a few that already live here or own holiday houses. There is an international road passing through here and connecting the national capital city Sofia and the regional capital Vratsa with river ports on the Danube and the ferry crossing into Romania at Oryakhovo town. The village also has a post office and a mayor`s office.
