Old country house with an annex and a private plot, located in a big village near river, 20 km away from a ferry and a border crossing. The property is situated at a quiet side street within the limits of the village and within 7-8 minutes walking distance from the main square, shops, bars, a park, post office, the mayor`s office and a bus stop.

The house has one floor and holds a corridor, a living room and two bedrooms. There is also a basement underneath. Next to the house is the annex which has two rooms that used to be kitchen and dining room. The place had been empty for almost a decade now and is in relatively bad condition which corresponds with the asking price. The structure of the house is solid and sound but it requires substantial repairs.

The property offers a spacious yard which is currently overgrown. The properties around the house are mostly empty so you won`t be disturbed by any noise. From about six or seven properties on this street there is only one which is inhabited all year round and another which is used during the spring until autumn.

The national capital city Sofia is about two and a half hours away from the property.
