Country house with a private plot, located near the main street of a quiet village, 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is situated within the limits of the village in proximity to the main road, a small recreational area and shop.
The house has two floors connected via internal staircase. The ground level holds a corridor, living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, a storage room and a premise for a bathroom with a toilet. Over the solid internal stairs is the second floor, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and an attic space which can be converted and used as a storage or a small office. The house had been empty for a few years now and requires a good cleanup and certain amount of renovation. The garden is with medium size and is flat so it is easy to maintain although currently it is a bit overgrown and requires some attention.
