Old Country House with a Private Yard in a Secluded Area 20 km northeast of Vratsa, Bulgaria

The house has one floor with a lobby, living room with kitchenette, dining room and bedroom with lounge. There is also a big attic space which can be rearranged, rebuilt and a fully functional second floor can be raised. The property is a bit overgrown as the place had been empty for a couple of years. There is running water and electricity on site and the access to the house is via street covered with concrete. There are two inhabited houses around but one of them is used all year round while the other is visited mostly during the weekends. The rest of the properties around are empty.

The village center is less than 5 minutes away by foot from here. There is the local mayor`s office, the post office, the main square of the settlement as well as small coffee bar and a grocery store. There is a bus line going through the village and connecting it to the nearby villages and the regional center and seat of the local council Vratsa. The city is about 20 km away from the property and as the biggest town in the area and center of the region provides many amenities.

The area near Vratsa offers easy access to a number of tourist sites such as a nature park, a big cave, ski track, lake, monasteries, historical landmarks, etc. Those who like fishing can practice at one of the two small lakes situated in the vicinity of the village. The landscape around also provides good conditions for hunting.
