Old Country House with Private Yard and Nice Views, 50 km away from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria

The property consists of a nice well sun-lit plot of land and an old house with one floor and a small sublevel. The building consists of a balcony, corridor, common room, closet and three additional premises. There is one more room situated on the semi-ground floor beneath one of the bedrooms and the corridor. The lower section of the house has separate entrance under the terrace at the front side of the building. As the property had been empty for many years it certainly requires some renovations and a good clean up as well as proper care.

The property is located on a hill in the outskirts of the village about 10 minutes away by foot from the center. There are other properties around but many of them are empty or are being used only seasonally so the house provides lots of peace and quiet. It also comes with a good plot of fertile land. The location of the house provides nice views towards wide open fields and hills in the vicinity of the village.

The nearest shop is about 10 minutes away by foot from here.
