Village House with Private Yard in a Big and Well-developed Village 50 km to Vratsa, Bulgaria
Solid country house with spacious rooms and quiet location situated in a big village near a river, 50 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located on a quiet street within the limits of the village.
It consists of a solid old country house, annex and a private yard. The main building has one floor with four premises and an additional room downstairs. The ground level holds spacious and sun-lit kitchen with dining area, corridor, big living room, two bedrooms and another short corridor. The house had been empty for many years now but the roof was completely revised just recently and the yard is being cleared. All rooms inside (except the basement) have parquet floors and provide lots of space and natural light coming in.
The house has very solid foundations made of carved stone blocks and well done masonry. It has some unique features which make it stand out and differ from all other properties around. The annex located a little to the side and the back of the house has one room and some additional storage space. Back in the old days this place served as living room with kitchenette and dining area and was primarily used during the spring till autumn season.
The yard is relatively small to medium by size but is good enough for those who don`t want to spend most of their free time cutting grass, bushes and trees. Nevertheless there is enough space here for additional structures such as barn, garage, workshop, as well as for vegetable garden, fruit trees, swimming pool, gazebo, children playground, BBQ area, garage, etc. The property is about 6-7 minutes away by foot from the village center.
The village is big and developed and it is 10 km away from the town of Byala Slatina where you will find many amenities such as a hotel, gas stations,, furniture store, construction material stores, supermarkets and grocery stores, etc. The village is located about 50 km north from the town of Vratsa. The capital city of Sofia is about 160 km away from here and the village has daily bus service going to Sofia, Vratsa and Byala Slatina. The area around the village consists mainly of fields and small hills with clean air and plenty of peace and quiet all year round. The river and the surrounding area of the settlement provide very good conditions for hunting, fishing and camping.
