Old Village House with a Barn and Private Yard in a Scenic Area 40 km to Vratsa

The main building has two floors connected via short external staircase made of carved stone blocks. The ground level has a corridor and three rooms which served as storages. Above them is a terrace (overlooking at the front yard, the street and the mountains) as well as three more rooms. The floor plan of both levels is the same.

Next to the house is the barn and on the other side of the main building are the remains of an old storage. The yard is divided in half by the buildings. The front section also has a driveway with a gate providing access for vehicles. The rest of the land is behind the house and it used to be a big vegetable garden.

The real estate is located on a quiet side street about 50 meters away from a small river and a public fountain and the main street of the village. There is a coffee bar and a small grocery store about five minutes away from here by foot. The center, the local chapel, post office and mayor`s office are at the same distance from the house.

The property provides nice views towards the mountains surrounding the village. The nearest town is about five km away and there are several shops, construction material stores, an emergency room, gas station, farmer`s market, pharmacy, train station, etc. The area around the village is suitable for fishing and hunting as there are wide open fields, forests and a big river all within close distance from the property.
