The land has access to two streets and holds a derelict old house with an annex and a garage. The main building has two floors with identical structure – three premises and corridor on each level. The place had been abandoned for almost two decades and is in very poor condition. Nevertheless it`s got running water and electricity which are shut off at the moment as precaution. The property is located not far away from a river and wide open fields and hills.

The village is small and peaceful. There are several houses here owned by foreigners and some of them live here all year round. The regional center and seat of the local council is the city of Vratsa which is within 15-20 minutes driving distance from the property. The village has two shops, a post office, a mayor`s office, a small chapel and a library. There are interesting historical sites in the outskirts.

Vratsa, as the biggest town in the area, provides regular bus transport to/from the village as well as a regional hospital, dental care services, many shops, stores and supermarkets, a theater, cinema, two museums, schools and kindergartens, police station, etc. Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about 90 minutes away from the property.
