Excellent Renovated House with Yard of 2192 sq.m. in a Nice Village 100 km to Sofia city
Renovated and furnished country house with big barn and spacious yard situated in a quiet area within the limits of a small village 100 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria.
The property has access to three streets. The main gate provides access from a side street which is not frequently used. Through the small gate you get into the yard and reach the house. This building has two levels which are connected via external staircase made of carved stone blocks. If you continue further away you can access the ground floor of the house where four premises are situated - living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom with a toilet. Going up the stairs you get to the second level which holds corridor, master bedroom, dining room, kitchen and one more bathroom.
The house had been extensively renovated recently and received new coat of paint and plastering on the outside as well as external insulation. On the inside all floors are new, the walls have been stripped down, replastered and repainted, all the wiring, plumbing, windows and doors are brand new. The house also has central heating system which keeps the place nice and warm in the winter days. The roof had been revised and repaired too. It received new coat of paint and gutters.
The yard is still undergoing clearing and repairs as if the place does not get sold, the current owners have more plans and ideas about it. The barn is located near the house and represents a big, spacious two-storey structure which can be rebuild and turned into a guest house, second house, workshop with garage and storage area, etc.
The driveway is located behind the house and has direct access to the yard and the barn so delivery of various materials is not a problem therefore the barn can also serve as a business premise.
The yard is divided in two section – front, which holds the house, the barn and plenty of open space, and back, which is mainly covered with grass and used to be an orchard back in the old days. Some of the fruit trees are still in place and in good shape so one can take good care of them and enjoy the ripe fruits like cherries, apples, plums, etc.
The village where the property is situated is several kilometers away from train stop, a river and a monastery. Along the river banks one can find plenty of nice spots for fishing and camping. There are two towns within about 15 km distance from the house. One of them is the center of the local municipality and seat of the local council. It provides good transport connections with the national capital city Sofia, the regional capital Vratsa and many other towns and village across the country.
