Old country house with private yard, a barn and outbuildings situated in a quiet area within the limits of a big village 50 km northeast of Vratsa, Bulgaria.
The property consists of a two-storey house, a barn, a workshop, storage building and a yard of 1900 sq.m. The real estate is located at a quiet side street within the limits of the village about five minutes away by foot from the center, a bar, a grocery store and a bus stop.
The house has two floors connected by both internal and external stairs. The ground level holds a corridor, a kitchen, a basement and a storage room with a shower.
