Charming Livable Village House with a Private Yard just 45 km to Vratsa, Bulgaria

Country house with private yard and quiet location situated in a big village near a lake, 45 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria.

The building has one floor which consists of a kitchenette, a common room, living room and one bedroom. There is also a storage room beneath a section of the house. The land is 500 sq.m. and it has a couple of fruit trees, a few vines and some open space. At the far end is an old storage building. The property has running water and electricity as well as its own free water source – a fresh water-well. In the past it was used in the household but its last use was as a source for watering the garden.

The house is situated in a quiet side street about five minutes away by foot from the center of the village, the main square, a post office, mayor`s office and shops. The village is one of the biggest in the area and is about ten minutes’ drive to a small town where you will find a bank branch, ATM, gas station, construction, a school, kindergarten, library, etc. The regional capital city Vratsa is about 40 minutes away from here while Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about two hours away.
