Big Property with 2 Houses and Yard of 2600 sq.m. in a Mountain Village 20 km to Vratsa, Bulgaria
Country house with big secondary building and spacious plot of land located in proximity to stream in a mountain village. The property is located in the outskirts of a village, in the vicinity of a forest, small river/stream and meadows. The place consists of a big, old house, a smaller new house and a spacious plot of land.
The old building dates back to the late 19th century and has two floors connected via short external staircase. The ground level has two very big rooms which used to be a living room and a storage. The upper level holds a common room from which one enters into two other spacious premises which used to be bedrooms. This level of the building also has a big terrace with nice views towards the yard and lots of greenery. Next to this structure is the new house. It has two floors connected by solid external staircase. This building saw little use over the years so it is in pretty good condition. It has a corridor and two rooms downstairs. On the second floor it has a common layout with two more rooms, a corridor, a premise for bathroom and a small balcony.
Both buildings have received certain amount of repairs and are currently with brand new roofs. The yard surrounding them is divided in a few plots by old stone fence. There are plans to rebuild the fence in a different way so it will fully divide the property from the surrounding area. The owners also had plans of rebuilding the place and turning it into a guest house but plans have changed and they no longer have the time to complete such a project. The new owners can benefit from that as the project for the design of the guest house is available, ready and can be included in the price if this is of interest to a potential buyer.
The village is in the mountains, in close proximity to a national park, mountains, a forest, a small river and lots of greenery. There are a couple of small grocery stores and bars down the road from here. The nearest town is about 15 km away and is the seat of the local council. There one will find administrative services, hotels, restaurants, shops, etc. The town is also the oldest spa resort in Bulgaria. The distance to the regional capital Vratsa is 20 km.
