Old villa with big plot of land and nice mountain views just 10 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The villa has two floors. The ground level holds a big terrace with panoramic views, a living room and a kitchen. External stairs lead to the second floor which has one spacious bedroom and another terrace. There is also a storage room beneath the ground floor.

Not far from the villa is small bungalow with one room. The land that comes with the villa is 6200 sq.m.and it used to have a vineyard and fruit trees in the past but now is very overgrown and needs a good cleanup.

The villa is currently in bad condition and requires repairs. The roof has collapsed. The property has its own water source – a fresh water-well. Due to its location, the villa does not have electricity, but a solar electrical system can be installed in order to provide sufficient supply of electricity for the place.

The property is about two miles away from a paved road and about 5-6 miles away from the city of Vratsa. The surrounding area is very peaceful and scenic.
