Two-storey house in the village of Patresh, 7 km from the town of Pavlikeni, Veliko Tarnovo region.

The house is located near the center of the village on a quiet and peaceful street.

The house is a two-story massive stone-brick with an area of 100 sq.m., consisting of the first floor, two bedrooms with a closet, an external staircase and the second floor, two bedrooms with a closet.

Next to the house there is attached building which consists of a living room with a separate kitchenette, a bathroom and a toilet.

The garden is flat and surrounded by a stone fence to the south, the whole with an area of 1100 square meters, in which there are a water well and outbuildings.

The roof of the house has been repaired, there are no leaks, but the house itself needs repair.
