Hadzhi Dimitar is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of the Kavarna municipality, Dobrich region.

It is located 6 km from Kavarna town and the 9 km from the sea coast, 20 km from the town of Shabla, 65 km from Varna and 10 km from the three golf courses. Population - 110 people. The relief is flat. The climate is temperate-continental, strongly influenced by the proximity of the Black Sea - winter is mild, and summer - sunny and hot, with cool evenings. The village is named after a famous Bulgarian voivode, a national hero who fought for the Liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish slavery.

The village has a town hall, a grocery store, a cafe, a small park. The village is electrified and has a water supply. The roads are in very good condition. The village itself is located on a first-class road Kavarna-Shabla. The village has all modern communications - internet, satellite television and coverage of all mobile operators. There is regular public transport to the town of Kavarna and the surrounding villages. An investment project has been developed for the construction of a wind farm on the land of the village.

Hadzhi Dimitar is only 6 km from the town of Kavarna, where its residents have access to all modern amenities and services. The village is quiet and peaceful. The village falls into an ecologically clean region, known for the production of high-quality fruits and vegetables, barley, wheat, sunflower and rapeseed. Local people are mainly employed in agriculture, with many of them working in the town of Kavarna.
